Buy a back brush and some body soap/cleanser for acne. Neutrogena makes a good cleanser for body acne. It's great for sensitive skin too. You can also use benzoyl peroxide, but it'll stain your colored clothes.

Use an acne wash with Salicyclic acid. If this doesn't help, or if the acne is really bad, I'd see a dermatologist and try to get prescription acne medicine

Dont touch it because this can cause scarring, and ance scarring on the back takes longer to fade than those on the face. Try neutrogena body wash first, if it doesnt work, talk to a dermatoligist.
