DEFINITELY YES! ! ! ! Not only for all hunters, but for anyone interested in protecting and defending their Second Amendment Rights to Keep and Bear Arms, as well as ALL OTHER Constitutional Rights, not just for hunting purposes alone, nor for self defense, but as a right of ANY law-abiding citizen! Now more than ever, with the election of so many rabidly anti-gun and anti-hunting Demacracks to Congress this last ill-fated election, ALL concerned should join! ! ! ! !
As well as membership in the NRA, one would be wise to investigate membership in other organizations: Gun Owners of America, Brassroots, Inc., Second Amendment Foundation, etc. Now, more than ever, is the time for all American Citizens to stand up for thier Constitutional Rights, before they wake up and find they have LOST them!

In addition to helping to protect us from the ravages of anti-gun do-gooders, the NRA has a great many hunting safety and conservation efforts which can only help the sport in the long run.
By all means, join, and be sure to check out the various programs available to members. It's well worth your time.

Even if you own a gun but don't like to hunt you should support the NRA. They are the single largest and best voice pro gun people have in politics today.
Even if you don't want a full NRA membership you should send them a $5 buck donation if you get a chance.

If you appreciate your freedom please join the NRA. The NRA does good work in defending our 2nd Amendment rights and many of our other rights including freedom of speech.
The NRA is the oldest civil rights organization in the United States, and yes, the right to defend yourself is a civil right without which we have no other rights.

Besides all the answers above, the NRA membership gives you a choice of periodicals, American Rifleman and American Hunter and maybe more. These magazines are packed with info and you can learn a lot.
