Yes, I have quit smoking many times before, but always seem to start again. The longest I ever quit was two years. I just keep trying and telling myself I am practicing. One day I will quit for good.

I did quit...cold turkery five months ago. I used the patches for maybe one month and going off of those was as hard as quitting the cigs but I am so glad I quit! Very proud of myself but now cig smoke/smell almost makes me sick.

No, not at the moment. I do wish, however, that I'd never started.
I gave up alcohol 6 years ago, I'm not rushing to give owt else up yet!.......including my 'doob' smoking!
