I think it would be cool to have lunch with any of them, although I think the Pope may be a little boring and Dawkins a little predictible and hard headed (so they'd be at the bottom). Smith may be a little dangerous, just because I may get caught in the crossfire of an assassination attempt, but he was fearless. I think I'd take Gandhi first, just cause I freakin' love Indian food (as long as he'd eat more then a grain of rice with me).

Well, Gandhi, if he wasn't on a hunger strike at that point in time. I would not want to sit and eat in front of him if he could not indulge himself.
Martin Luther would be amazing to speak with.
The Pope and Mr Dawkins, being currently alive, have much more available for me to seek out on my own.
I think Joseph Smith is the only one I would avoid.
(And I have to add that EyeLovesJesus is just the sweetest person around!) : )

Mahatma Ghandi.
he was a humble man and I like that.
I would avoid Smith (a fool)
the Pope (leader of a false religion)
Dawkins (thinks he is smarter than God)
Martin Luther could join us if he so wished.

I'd have lunch with Matahma Gandhi, and ask him about what I could do to make the present world a better place.
I'd avoid Martin Luther and Joseph Smith like the plague. They were misogynistic, patriarchal religious leaders from before the 20th century. I wouldn't be too comfortable with the Pope, either; but he's better than Luther or Smith.
Dawkins I don't care about one way or the other.

I think it would be great to have lunch with Luther, who would sit beside the Pope (pure irony), who would sit across from Gandhi who would be sandwiched between Dawkins and Luther. Joseph Smith would sit quietly between the Pope and Dawkins as he enjoys his chicken wings. There would be few dull moments.

Those who would avoid Dawkins - what could you possibly have to fear?
I wouldn't mind lunch with RD - I've got a few quibbles about the new book I'd like to iron out. But if it was a choice of one I'd share rice with Gandhi and hope to learn something REALLY important for once.
I don't think I'd have much to talk to Smith about, thanks.

Joseph Smith no.
Martin Luther, pretty cool
The Pope,cool.
Richard Dawkins, I would publicly debate and humilitate as a tenth rate mind, not worthy to tie my shoelaces.
Mahatma Ghandi, no,not interested.
So I would choose Luther or the Pope. The pope only because I would like to know what he is thinking and planning, since he is involved in todays issues. In terms of historic value I would choose Martin Luther.
