Found this yeastless pizza crust recipe.
Crazy Crust Pizza.
1 cup flour
1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 425. Grease a 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. Put all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and beat with a wire whisk till smooth. Batter will be thin. Pour batter into pan and swirl pan to evenly distribute batter. Bake about 15 minutes and remove from oven. Top as desired and place back into oven. Bake until crust is brown and cheese is melted. Makes one pizza.
