I'm very interested in this, as well as regression. I'm ready to give it a go. I just want to hear from real people with real experiences in this field. Serious replies only, please.

Yes, this is where the sould leaves the physical body and travels around, returning when it feels it needs to.

Yes, I have experienced Astral Projection.
Sometimes, when I meditate, I can bring myself out of my body and walk around the house. I can't touch anything yet, but I'm working on it.

I have had two experiences of it. The first I was about 12 years old and, I know this sounds strange, it happened in a checkout line of a supermarket. I had been reading about paranormal stuff and so I just thought, since I was so bored I would just see what happened if I unfocused and let go. I have to say too that this was a long line, so it could work, after a few mintues I just felt myself rise above my body, I could see the back of my head and the mom and sister as well, the perspective of the store changed, as my sight was at about 10 feet above the floor, and then my sister hit and told me they were done and I snapped back in.
The second time was in a car accident when I was 15. I got knocked out and I floated out to about 20 feet above the road, which was night, but I could see it as if lit by a pair of headlights (though there wasn't) I could see my friend who had been thrown from the car on the pavement, and also the farmhouse that wasn't visible from ground level on the road...Then I thought I felt cold water on my face and I snapped back, it was actually the window of the car laying down in the ditch. I also had a bit of a premoniton to, as before we started the trip the two people in the front had automatic belts, so they were covered, but the three in the back had to fasten theirs, and I really felt like I should do that. Everyone made fun of me, but when the car wrecked it was me and the two people in front that were left in the car. The other 3 had been thrown out.

I was having oral surgery done one time and while the surgery was being done I seemed to be awake looking down on myself and the surgery, listening and watching. I heard everything and saw everything. Afterwords, I told the surgeon and he didn't seem to believe me and asked me, well, what did you hear? I told him that he asked his assistants where they all wanted to go to lunch afterwords, and I repeated the names of the places they mentioned. He just kind of looked at me strangely and left the room. Anesthesia can do strange things sometimes, so I don't know if it was an out of body experience or not, but it sure seemed like one.

Astral projection? never experienced it. I have read about it. isn't it when the soul leaves the body during sleep, while your soul goes to different dimensions and just travels around, the when you're about to wake up, your soul returns to you?
Or did I read wrong?
