Scorpio is not part of the Chinese astrological calendar. They use animals, and are assigned to years.

Scorpio is a monthly sign, "Chineese" zodiac as you call it is based on the year. Both of these are much more complicated than just that and we don't have the time. There is no zodiac of oriental orgin for a scorpion, there is a dragon though. Somer might say they are similar.
