There is an item called Sea Bands, which are just glorified wrist bands that have a little protrusion in them. This hard knobby thing is placed on one of the nerves in your wrist that actually stops the feeling of nausea. I used them with all 3 of my pregnancies. I tried other remedies, even got my doc to prescribe some medications and nothing worked except for Sea Bands.

If you can get a prescription from your doctor Phenergan, Reglan, or Compazine work good. If not then over the counter you can get Dramamine, yes I know it is for motion sickness but also works for nausea.

Phenergan is the best thing for nausea. If you can't get a prescription, there are many things that will ease nausea. Cola works for me.

Try sipping 7-up. Your only other option is to get a prescription for an anti-nausea drug.

Cola helps, especially an icy cold Pepsi.

Mint helps too, like mint tea or mint leaves in lemonade.
