O.K.- I am 5`7- 5`8 and about 180 pounds. We got a treadmil, and I wanna lose about 50-80 pounds by next august- September. How much should I work, how much should I eat, what should I eat? O`, and also, I have heard people say, that you are not supposed to eat after 6:00, so I am trying to do that. But sometimes I get hungry. I heard you could drink a cup of tea, but I HATE tea. Is hot cocoa good? Is that a good sub?
