He smiles at me every time he sees me but he gives her weird looks like shut up cuz she talks to much (thats what he told her) and im really confused

I think if he is giving her wierd looks it is because she thinks he can't see through her attempts at getting his attention. You are obveously the one for him and if your play the cards right , he will choose you because it sounds like he wants to be the one persuing the realtionship. Guys like that are only interested in girls who let them make the choice. All you have to do is put your self out there. Make sure you relax around him because a lot of guys can pick up on manipulation and don't try to convince him that your are right for him he will decide that by you being yourself. It may take him a while to decide but don't lose you cool in the process...good luck

She may lack self confidence and makes up for it by talking too much and she gets the guys by having sex with them. See if the guy you like has a good friend and set up a double date and try to help her become more confident.

ooo, that's harsh! & i know how u feel. there's this one girl who claims to be my friend, though she always seems to get what I want! it really doesn't seem fair...i guess all you can do is try to snag him before she does. try to get some time alone with him, just hang out, ya know? if u can muster up the courage, u might even tell him how you feel, and what's going on (i know how hard this is, believe me!). i would say talk to ur friend about it too, but that just seems a little hopeless...anyways, good luck! i hope you get what u want!

Well he hates her.So if you really like him go for it. Decide, whats more important friendship with your Friend or the getting the guy? Its your choice.

Its funny how girls just can't trust other girls... Anyhow, what is your question here? If you like him, go after him and if he chooses her over you then find someone else. Its not that hard.
