Getting rid of a unibrow permanenty at home would be great but not possible. You can wax it or pluck it, it will grow back. The only permanent way would be electrolysis or a treatment like that.

As for the hair... I don't know anything pemeranent without a treatment

there isn't a permanent way you can remove your unibrow at home. If you want it permanetly removed you can get laser hair removal at certain salons. If you have to do it at home, you can wax it. Now for your hair i suggest you use a volumizing shampoo or ask your hairdresser what is best.

For your hair, go to a Hair Dresser and ask them that question. For your unibrow, just get it waxed off.

I highly recommend you consult a professional, don't do it yourself.
