Not a proper comparison. Notice your question involves comparing Big Macs sold, which implies demand for Big Macs. Whereas your comparison is to bibles printed, which does not need demand at all.
If very rich people believed in the god of the burger, they could spend their money making Big Macs, and never sell them.
