hi there at my job we have balsalmic for about a year still good keeping it in the refrigerate but always if you buy from supermarket or store expire date should be check before your leave the store I've found out they too have expire products. so make store u keep in in the refrigerator and check for dates. good luck

I use oil and balsamic vinegar often to cook. I have opened bottles of both sitting out on the counter for months at a time with no problem.

Check use by date on the bottle but if you make it from the beginning I would use in about 2 weeks.

Once opened, it usually has a expiration date on the bottle.

store bought will have an expiration. I make my own and it tastes good for a couple weeks.

mine lasts months..never use it much myself.......shelf life is months tho
