You'll need a Canadian passport. Go to this site and apply there....

As a citizen of Canada, you need a Canadian passport.

Canadian Passport.
If at some point you get a U.S. passport as well, you will want to use your Canadian Passport to enter Canada, and U.S. Passport to enter the U.S. It's just easier that way, less explanations.

However, for the meantime, and since it is Canada you are going to, get the Canadian Passport.

You have to be a US citizen to apply for a US passport, and since you are here with a greencard, but still a Canadian citizen, you would apply for a Canadian passport. Hope that helps. :)
