I am looking for Drama for Developement jobs in Africa, Asia, South America or North America. Any NGO organizations? OR internships? or anywhere I can look for these types of jobs?

Go to http://www.tcg.org/ and subscribe to ArtSearch. That is the best way to learn about jobs in the arts in the United States that I know of. They may be able to help you with international stuff too.
