does anyone know a good site to retreive addresses for a mass mailing for real estate?

If it's available for free people wouldn't be selling that kind of info... I get catalogs all the time promising me addresses and such on CD's and DVD's I can filter down by various criteria. They all costs hundreds of dollars. If you want free, go compile your own list.
