Hey guys, I know I shouldn't be worrying to much since I'm a guy and all... but I've started to notice that my hair is kind of thin. Not thinning, just thin, as in thin roots (uniform over the whole head).
But I have 2 problems, one is that the day I wash my hair, and dry it it seems fine (volumed and all) but the next day it's a bit oily over again, so I want to wash it... but I don't want to use too much shampoo..
Second problem is I seem to have random white spots showing on my head once it gets a bit oily. Although you can only see them under bright direct light, it's still a bit annoying and I was wondering if it's normal.
Thanks for reading/considering the question

Thanks for the answers, I guess its ok to shampoo more than twice a week, will try it.
By white spots, I dont mean dandruff or anything. I have black hair, so my scalp contrasts a lot with my hair, so even if my hair parts a bit you can see a bit of white (but only when its oily). My hair's always been thin, guess I just didnt notice this as much before. The white patches arent big... just a bit annoying to see them under heavy lighting. P.s. I have wavy hair.
