What does it mean when people say to someone "You feel like home"? I've heard this line in movies before. I think I know what it means, But I just want to be sure. Thanks!

You are without any inhibition when you are in your own home. But when you are in another place, you will control yourself. you will try to contain your wants and emotions. By saying " Feel at home" means that you can behave without any inhibitions and they want you to feel free altogether. It is a polite expression and does not mean that you should go all out. You can sit in a relaxed manner. You can go anywhere in the house, you can take anything that you want . That is what they mean.

That they are very comfortable with you. Think about what "home" feels like to you. Comfort, no judgement, security...

It means that you are warm, comforting, and reliable. You are where they "live", so to speak.
