I understand that you want what you don't have (everyone does, more or less). Be proud of your tan brownish skin! If you want your skin to glow, make sure you eat well-balanced meals, exercise, and maybe even do something to help someone out everyday.

Stay out of the sun...that's why 19th century ladies wore gloves and long sleeves and carried parasols, to keep the sun off. Your skin is naturally tan but if you stay out of the sun it will be that bit paler.
You could rub lemons on your face but I don't think it'll really help much and if you get it in your eyes it stings.

Simple. Just slap yourself around a bit every morning. Jokin, don't do that. You can try excersizing every morning to get the blood circulating.
