Caste system is indeed the scourge of the Indian society. It has deeply embedded in this society that it fails to vanish from the face of this country, despite many a reform and legislation against it. In my opinion, caste seems to play a major role in the society, especially in marriage. As every body knows, caste is an important consideration for fixing a match for eligible bachelorsa and the marriageable girls. Unlike the western societies, where the marriages are not arranged by the parents, in the Indian societies, caste as an institution serves an important function for alliance fixing. Unless the Indian society finds no use of the caste in this respect, the caste system will remain on earth. The Indian system should grow out of its own exclusiveness. All the politics and other social relations are taking place based on the caste system. Unless a very big revolution takes place and the social fabric and the relations are broken asunder, the caste system will remain. Till then, the only way to amerliorate the evil of the system is to completely discourage and eradicate discrimation based on caste. There should a respect for others, irrepective the caste, creed or religion. As a matter of fact, it has been the tradition of India, to respect the other social groups, a kind of a give and take, until recently, when the liberal ideals are preached and less practised in the society. Even the lower castes are observing the caste traditions among themselves. They would rather be happier to see the discrimination against them rather the complelete dismemberment of the system.

To be victimised by the caste system one has to believe
1. Some castes are superior,
2. Some castes are inferior.
Caste is determined by last name.
So if you feel you are a victim go to court and change your last name via affidavit.
Per ones belief one now would belong to the advantaged class. Caste is not like colour, people wont be able to tell the difference by looking at the person. If not satisfied, the problem then lies with the individual's psyche. With a movement like this the courts would be flooded with revenues and the whole country would become upper caste muhurrujahs.

Depends on where you live as to whether or not there is a caste system. Here in the states we have no such system. I personally like things the way they are, Partner. Life is good at the top. It would be a tough thing to do probably--get rid of the caste system because the rich do not want to sacrifice their spot at the top of the totem pole and they are the one's who are more influential in making changes.

Well, certainly the proximity and inclination of a populous of citizens rising to occasion in need for the joy and encouragement of Caste people is an esteemed and deliberate proposition. As you can see, much of my enthusiasm for the implementation pertaining to the acceleration of the temperate and planned acquisition of life-altering and time-saving facilities brings about such enormous perseverance that the words of the language fail to bring about said attitude. So, it hereby with great honor my pleasure to fulfill your quizical ponderings of extraordinary magnitude at this moment in time. You see, to "break the caste system" as you state so very eloquently, will take extraneous and pontifcal efforst combined with internal will power of the grand scale only found in the mountains of Tibet. Begin the caste system in the place where is currently and previously traveled on a plane of continuity; followed by thoughtful and sure-footed organizing of future studies on human processes of physical and physiological nature. It is at this point the people's level will notice the efforts of provocation and expansion of plural cellular adaptation. From there, you only need to sit back and enjoy the fruits and successes of your efforts -- forever changing the course of nature and the cosmic blend of protoplasm in light-speed transgressions in the solar system.

There is a huge opportunity to have children that are biologically immune to caste ideation. as much as 4/5 of personality is genetic n that a woman could have really happy children if she chose a happy talented sperm donor. The child could then have a different competing script to her life saying that genetics makes her super talented that personal script comptes with the caste system. If you trust western medicine then she will be likely to be much more talented than just a person with a particular name. people being people as they try to describe why caste shatterers do well they might say the various spiritual forms prefer genetics to last names of family past. Thus having some children with the most talented happy sperm donor will be valued
You could replace caste with measured quality of life with each generation. Donor sperm is available online, genetic tests can assure authenticity.

This tendencies are born with the living entity (sudra, vaisya, ksatrya and bramana). The only way to change this is by becoming a Vaisnava which far above the caste system.

in the U.S. i do not believe we have a caste system. Just a lower, middle and upper class. And the only way to break thoes classes is for the rich to become less greedy and for companies to stop going to third world contires to get lower payed workers.!
