Spanish, at least more than a few phrases, can't be taught over the internet by one answer post. Sorry!
But here's a few starters:
Buenos dias: Good morning/ hello
Que tal? : How are you?
Gracias: thank you
Nada; de nada: You're welcome
Amiga: female friend
Amigo: male friend
Tu eres mi amiga: you're my (female) friend
El es como un tren: He's hot!!

Buena suerte (good luck)

I would need to know exactly what you want to say in Spanish. As for teaching you the entire language, why not take a course in beginning Spanish at your local college. They have classes for beginners in many subjects, that are considered non-credit or adult education. And if you're a senior citizen, you get a discount on the fee. Buena suerte! (Good luck)!

I agree with those who say you need to go to classes rather than learn online.

By the way, 'learnt' is perfectly good spelling outside the US. I can't say the same about 'teache' though - but maybe it was a typo - give her a break!
