Are there any over-the-counter medicines for stomach flu or will help with stomach flu problems? If there is, where can i get them?

I agree that there is no stomach flu. It's more likely to be gastroenteritis. Better to let it run it's course. Maintain a 2-3 liter a day fluid intake and stick to the BRAT diet: Bananas, steamed plain Rice, Applesauce and Toast.

Pepto bismol might help... there are other stronger anti-nausea medications as well over the counter and there are even stronger anti-nausea medications that aren't over the counter. Probably pepto-bismol though is the most common over the counter medication but of course you might not be able to keep it down long enough to work...

First of all there is no such thing as stomach flu- most likely you have food poisoning. Drink lots of fluids and let it take its course.
