My wife only worked 2 days last year (due to new baby)... and earned less than $200 gross. Do I have to include her W-2 information on our joint return?

If you have to file anyways, absolutely. There is no deminimis amount. You have to take all of your income in total into account. If you don't include it, the IRS will notify you and assess tax on it. Since the notice would be issued most likely after the due date of your return, they will tack on interest and penalties.

Yes. The IRS will have the income in their database and will get around to noticing your total income was short and Uncle Sam will send you a bill. Much easier to include it on the form up front. The $200 will not significantly change your total taxes anyway.

If she received a W2 the answer is yes you need to include it on your joint return. Any money earned is considered income and must be claimed on your tax return. Whether or not it's taxable depends on your other income, your exemptions and your deductions.

Yes, but it's not going to make much difference in your total taxes.
