Raisins or prune juice would work really well but anything that's high in fiber will help. Maybe some whole wheat bread too. All kinds of juices will work somewhat but prune will work best.
Also, do not give bananas as others have written as those can be quite binding and may make the constipation worse.

My son went through that stage. I would make home made bran muffins, you can add raisins if you want. He would have one a day until he was normal again. To mix it up a bit I would also let him have a couple of prunes for a snack. You can freeze them muffins and only take out how much you want at a time and the prunes last a long time in the refrigerator.

Apple Juice
Pear Juice
Prune Juice if you really want her to go, but I would mix it with some other juice because it has a different taste to it... but that will definetly get her regular again...
Grape juice
A few drinks of coffee
If you give her any of those juices, slightly warm it up in the microwave and that will help if process quicker..
As for food, feed her oatmeal, apples, any thing with some fiber.

Anything with sugar alcohols like sorbitol. A lot of low carb or diabetic ice creams and treats have these as an ingredient. She'll love it way more than prune juice.

first do no longer hug and kiss her placed her in her room and after a short era take her out clarify what she has executed incorrect and ask her to ask for forgiveness if she would not talk yet then ask for a cuddle and if she threw the tantrum with all and sundry else ask them to proceed the technique, babies throw tantrums while they are at a loss for words or agitated if she would be able to't clarify what she is disillusioned approximately she would be able to lash out in frustration, having distinctive punishments will basically confuse her extra so ask your mum and dad etc for cooperation.additionally while a toddler throws a tantrum they lose ideas administration and can't stop what they are doing so provide her an opertunity to relax down in the past drawing close or attempting to settle her and don't restrain her it is going to basically make it worse. that's general for her to throw tantrums and don't enable all and sundry make you think of there is a few thing incorrect together with her, she is a typical toddler. sturdy success and congrats for being a great dad.

You could try giving her some applesauce or even a jar of baby prunes. If she won't eat the prunes try mixing it with something. If all else fails, apple juice should work. Good luck!

in the juice department - prune is the best
try pedialite drinks as well
you may want to look at her diet - something she is eating is not working well w/her system and should probably be cut out or reduced to prevent future constipation problems.

Lots and Lots of fiber and Prune Juice...she might not like it so you have to disguise it. For example mix the juice in with oatmeal or something.
