Cool Cucumber Recipe

1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 piece Cucumbers
Champagne
Ice Cubes
Mixing Instruction
Put a few ice-cubes in a long drink glass, and put a little lemon juice in it. Then cut a cucumber in two half and cut off a part. Get the seeds out and put it in the glass as well. Shake in a well cooled down bottle of champagne in and let the glass stand in the refrigerator for a while. Then it's ready to drink.

Bacardi Mojito
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

Seabreeze
1 1/2 oz vodka
4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
Pour vodka over ice into highball glass. Add mixers. May be garnished with a wedge of lime.

edit:
Make an infusion 2 days in advance, get a 1.5L bottle of vodka pour it into a container that can be sealed. Then mix in fruit of your choice. The fruit will flavor the vodka. Then you can make fruit martinis, Vodka and soda, Vodka and Champagne...Options are limitless.

Seeing as how you're all refreshed, relaxed and happy, I'd go with some lite fruity tropical drinks. There's to many to list so I won't. Or maybe a variety of Martini's with a hint of fruit flavoring in them. After a day at the spa, your senses are very heightened, so colorful and tasteful is a must.
