Are young women (such as yourself) comfortable with who you are,how you look, and do u really need a guys opinion to move on ahead in life?
(mean no disrespect toward any women no matter race, religion, age, or pesonal issue)
Explaination would be appreciated.

I ask this question becuase I've notice that some women and young women as well have continously revealed charecteristic issues revoloving on opinions of guys

Most girls are not comfortable in their own skin until they are much older. Society tells us that we must look and act a certain way, which is not right for 90% of us. The pressure is enormous to "fit in". Even with age, some women still feel the need to get validation from men. The happiest girls/women live for themselves, not others.

I am 31, and I feel very comfortable and happy with who I am.
I don't believe I ever needed anyone to say things to me so I could feel better about myself. It was never part of my make up. I have always been proud of who I am. I have never had that degree of dependency on a man's opinion of me, but I recognize some women do.
Still, I can tell you that I felt more volatile in my 20s. If I was uncertain about myself and life, that would be the time I felt it the most.
Today, I may still make impulsive decisions, but regardless what happens I am happy with the result. My instinct is stronger. And when I receive compliments, I usually agree and believe it - I think I am damn worthy of the compliments;)

As far as I know, every girl, no matter how confident or cocky she may seem, always need that reassurance that she is pretty or nice or what ever else. Usually its not that big of a deal, but if the girl was "ugly" when she waas younger, needs even more assuance from a guy to make sure inside her mind that shes still pretty. I guess its just something to boost the ego of someone who is insecure. Even if a girl isnt insecure, its always nice to recieve a couple compliments once in a while.

When I was younger I used to care very much what people thought of me. How I looked. As you get older, you realise that it is how you feel about yourself in your own body. Life will go on no matter what anybody thinks. Get a good education, and become your own boss, self supporting. You can hold your head high, and to hell with the punks who shoot you down, or hurt your feelings. You will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Yeah I'm comfortable the way I am. I don't need a guys opinion on it. If somebody doesn't like me for the way I act or look I would never change just for them. It would make me feel kinda weird and unappreciated. Why are you asking this kind of question anyway? Just curious.

I am now that I'm older (30 something) but wasn't always that way. Was in a long term live in relationship and when that ended was crushed for about 3 months but now find it was the best thing that ever happened to me. If I'm single for the rest of my life I'm good with that. I could live happily ever after with a Labradoodle.

Honestly, (in my opinion anyway) every female (and a few males) need approval on their appearance before they feel 100% Hot.
After all, it is human nature to want a seal of approval.
I don't think females "need" this to move along with their lives. I just think it makes the day go by a little smoother.

I am very satisfied with the way I am. My opinion and God's plan are the only opinions that matter to me in life. Everything I do in life is for me, my child, and Jesus. I could care less how others think. What you see in me is what you get. If people don't like it they can take it or leave it! And that's real!

I'm very comfortable with who I am and how I look. I don't a guys opinion on how to move ahead in life. I trust my own opinions. It's either the guy is going to accept who you are or not..............but, it doesn't hurt to get compliments.
