I cured my sciatica with this natural treatment ( http://cure-sciatica.info )
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

Generally lower back pain that radiates to your lower abdomen is from a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. It is not possible to diagnose over a computer. I would however, pass up on the advise of seeing a chiropractor. Go to an MD first and get a urine dip test, if it is negative get a CT scan of your abdomen.

I suffered chronic lower back pain for years, my advice would be get it checked out. Probably just a muscular problem , but it could be spinal. Your doctor knows what to check and will advise accordingly. You might need to see a chiropracter, or have a course of painkillers, or, worst case scenario, need an MRI scn to look inside and identify the cause, whatever it takes just do it, don't suffer. Of course it might be caused by sitting at your computer!!

Well thats a pretty broad symptom. My first guess would probably be a urniary tract infection... the lower back pain could be your kidneys. Good luck...maybe you should see a doctor if it gets worse.

Have you hurt yourself? Do you have the 'runs'? Do you have pain in your upper back? If you can answer 'yes' to any of these q's, then you need to see your dr....lower back pain and abdominal pain can mean anything from infection to strain so you need to have that looked at!

got any rash? cause it could be shingles, if the rash goes all the way around that could be bad news.

It may be simply muscular and the pain is radiating.
