fruits can be digested in 30 min, but full meals can take up to 4h depending how much fat and fibres it has

Depends on the food. Fattier foods will digest longer within about 4 to 5 hours. Non fatty foods or healthier foods will digest faster within 2 to 3 hours.

Now this is a good question, my Dr. said, " if you eat three times a day then it should leave you three times a day" based on that then I would have to say after a regular schedule of this theory, 24 hours. Then that cannot always be true because there are some foods that leave more quickly than that!!!!
