Immerse yourself. Radio (online it's easy to find radio), tv, etc. The best way, though, is to speak it with other people in person. Practice practice practice practice....
And don't be afraid to screw up. Most people actually hold their own progress back most by not speaking when they're not absolutely sure of how to say something or how to say it smoothly and fluently. Just jump right in and say it! And pay attention to the way others speak to you, so that you can correct your own speech in the future. You'll have fun :)
Also - if you are of legal drinking age of course - try having a few drinks. This'll help remove your inhibitions and make you more comfortable speaking to others. I swear it also improves your understanding (or maybe it just makes you think it does). Either way, it loosens your tongue ;)

watch more english movies, listen to english music and speak it on a regular basis. if you speak it regularly, you'll be able to get a hang of it in a short while.

watching movies and listening to music helps you get used to hearing and understanding the language. you can also try to emulate actors or singers.
