he may have a heart condition robbing him of necessary oxygen and thus we have couch potatoes see about his health before you get upset at he may be doing the best he can,.....

Pamela perhaps he has a limit that he wants to invest in these machines an/or at the tables. If he's good with you going to these Casinos with your friends then perhaps that would be a better idea. I used to love going but had trouble leaving so have given up and actually had myself self excluded (so if I do go into Casino in Ontario will be charged with trespassing) and only cheated and went in once when some relatives came to visit from the States. But if your husband does not enjoy himself then you need to either let him know and come to some form of agreement on how long your going or talk with him and let him know how it makes you feel when he starts his whining. Be honest and open minded during this conversation and hopefully you two can come to some form of compromise.

Wellll...... he does go with you. That's a start. Why don't you all agree to a time limit. We will stay for only 2 hours... You might add a clause that says if you are winning, there will be extra time allowed and he can spend X amount of the winnings.

oh i would leave him home and you gather some g/fs and have a good time..no guilt his choice. or you could talk to him about how and what hes doing, and what he could do to change that behavior for you. But keep going dont stop he sounds like he wants to keep you all too himself, maybe hes afraid you will leave him cuz your having too much fun..
