It's just your belly extending after eating. It actually sounds like you may be underweight. Your BMI is only 18.3, which counts as underweight (18.5 being the cut-off).

Take a look at the females in your family. Do they all have the same body type? If not, how do they eat and exercise? Does it match what you do? Genetics could be a part, which would not make you underweight necessarily. But if you're naturally slender, you need to eat more and eat more frequently.

And if you're naturally this slender, and still concerned about this, trying eating 5-6 smaller meals per day, making sure that you get all of your nutrients, calories, proteins, and vitamins. Eating more frequently may offset the distended feeling you're getting.

A sample eating plan, if you're moderately active, might include:

Breakfast:
Total Cereal (3/4 to 1 cup) with 2% milk
Calcium-fortified fruit juice (no sugar added)

Morning Snack:
Hard-boiled egg
Bran muffin with raisins or cranberries
dried apricots

Lunch:
Kale and red leaf lettuce
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
macademia nuts
olive oil and herbs as a dressing
tuna salad sandwich (on whole-grain or sourdough bread)
side serving of corn or green beans

afternoon snack
brie, apples, almonds, french bread slices or pita or sturdy crackers
or red beans and rice, with a side helping of fruit, like a plum, a pear, or a banana

dinner:
baked chicken with mushroom sauce
broccoli
baked apples
glass of 2% milk

evening snack:
cheese on toast
herbal tea

I'm not an expert, but I've found that eating well, throughout the day, helps prevent problems later, keeps energy boosted, and prevents deterioration of hair, skin, and beauty as well.

it's because the rest of you is so freakin skinny! your stomach and intestines and uterus can only be confined in such a smal space, and when you get skinny to a certain point it makes it stick out some... you need to gain weight! you should be like 130-135. put some meat on your hips and sides and your stomach will disappear

Probably being underweight. Also, portion size counts. Be sure to ingest enough calories, but do it with smaller amounts of food.
