well, im trying to firm up my arms. flatten my stomach. get rid of that double chin that i have sometimes. make my inner thighs smaller. and still keep my cup size the same. do any of ya'll have any solutions for that with at home excersises??

lots of brisk walking, and cut some fat and sweets out of your diet, and you should look hot in no time! i would say walk 30-45 minutes at least 3 times a week

A mix of Cardio and strength training...Get exercise videos from Wal-mart and even some libraries have them available for check out.

running on the treadmill don't select 'burn fat' coz it feels for your heart and decreases speed go for cardiovascular or random level 5/6...Then sit ups then use more calories than you eat
