i know it ends with shake then spear and the nubers match his b day but i cant recall what book it was in

Shakespear was nototious for putting his name into his own works, so the theory goes that when King James re-did the Bible, Shakspear was 46 and did the same with psalms that he did with his own plays.

Shakespear didn't write a part of the bible. The bible was finished way before his time. He wrote his sonnets and plays. So thers you answer none of the books.
