No. I tend to believe that T Rex was a scavenger and carrion eater. Nature's sanitation department. He was too big and not agile enough to be a pack hunter. Probably not intelligent enough either.

I wouldn't credit that notion until I saw 7- 13 T-rex's storming through the forest on a hunt. Although I don't discredit it now either, many people say because it was large that it must've been slower dumber and a type of lone scavenger, but few large animals really travel alone today so why would yesterday be different.
