Go to parking or a gate, press shift+f. The fuel truck will come and then the fuel menu will show up. You'll know what to do from there.

i have never played the game but in flight simulator 2004 all you have to do is pull up to a fuel pump and it will automatically come in.. pretty cool.... i hoped i helped u. is the game good in graphics? also.. you should find a pump anywhere at an airport.. just look around or go to top-dow view and look. or you could hit a )shift-f )button and a fuel truck should come by.
