The question alone makes me cringe, there actually is a medical name for people who can't handle the thought of having their blood drawn. When I have to have my blood drawn, when checking in I tell the people that I nearly pass out when having blood drawn (they say it's not as uncommon as you think) ... they give me the best, most experienced person & have me lay down ... a good person will do it so it doesn't hurt, and will do their best to keep your mind off of what is going on.
Try to relax (I also find something in the room to focus on ... a picture, find a pattern in the texturing of the wall, or even a dot on the wall, how many holes can you count in the acoustical ceiling tiles). Here's a site w/ tips for relaxing: http://www.healthandage.com/public/health-center/40/article/1175/Take-a-deep-breath-and-relax.html

If it is really such a traumatic event for you and you've tried some of the above mentioned methods (relaxing, don't look at the needle, etc.) but those things just aren't enough, there is also a topical cream you can ask your doctor about that numbs the area just surrounding the injection site. It's brand name is Emla. I believe it must be applied some time before the injection (30-60 minutes, perhaps), so it's not very convenient. But if it's a choice between being able to get an injection you really need and just not being able to go through with it, it might be worth it.

Ask your mom to take you to the healthcare specialist, ideally an obgyn yet your spouse and youngsters healthcare specialist might want to be advantageous too. you may then communicate all this in detail with the healthcare specialist in inner most. notwithstanding that is honestly mandatory that you do bypass and word a healthcare specialist once conceivable and as you rightly stated, do not merely examine issues off the internet as which will be really random and not in any respect very efficient.

if your doctor is standing on your left side put your right hand in the air where you can see it, make a fist and squeeze as hard as you can, count to five opening your fist one finger at a time starting with the little finger. A dentist 40 years ago told me to do this and I never felt the shot go in, good luck

If it's drawn properly it really shouldn't hurt!
Why does it worry you? Are you afraid of needles?
Take a deep breath when they poke you!
