Yes get rid of McAfee and i would lose spysweeper and get something better like

AVG
Trendmicor
Antivir
or
Pandasoft.

They are much better anti virus programs

McAfee and Nortons is a memory hog too.

It looks like spysweeper is an Anti-spyware which is not same as anti-virus program (mcafee).
You should be fine with both programs installed.
In spysweeper instead of "active protection" you may choose to run it everyday. That way you may not have any conflict with the programs.

its ok what your doing just don't get 2 anti viruses or else they can mess up your computer and don't get avg or what ever antivirus that is free mcafee is better that all those free ones stick with mcafee i have mcafee for almost a year and haven't had any problems

No, they will conflict against each other. Some software programs have better executive files in their dll files than others.

One good AV program is sufficient. With two, they will recognize the other as a problem -- then you will have problems. Dump one of them.
