THESIS: History, when broken down has the word story in it. In a way history is like a story, one event or chapter of time after another constantly building.... So if it is a story, then who would understand the present circumstances, or chapter withought the knowing about the previous ones, or back story? Who could understand or predict the furture without it?

sounds like you have homework to do, here's some tips:
1. make an outline
2. use the outline to make a speech
3. practice your speech
4. time your speech
5. cut speech down to one minute
6. find a parent or friend to practice in front of
7. edit your speech to make sure it has answered the question and that it is no longer than one minute
8. practice in front of a mirror to perfect your speech
