i do 15 push ups,then rest for a few seconds,and do 14 and so on til it reaches 0 everyday..do i nid to do more?

As a martial arts instructor I have the class do push-ups with their feet on a chair and hands on the ground 10 to 15 at a time is a good start then rest for 20sec and continue do this every night before bed with feet on the bed or just up on something you WILL see results in about three weeks and so will everyone else!!!

I actually do 3 sets of 25 pushups while balancing on one leg. I rest for about 345 seconds in between sets. I saw results in two weeks!!

first thing.......... mention why r u doin push ups i mean r u doing it for some specific purpose
