Im 15, 5'3.5, have a fair amount of muscle weight from my gymnastics training, what would you say is a 'good weight'?

Honest opinions please.

Roughly speaking your height is between the 25th and 50th percentile for girls your age. That suggests an ideal weight of about 110 - 114 lbs. Gymnasts, however, tend to be leaner. Ninety-eight pounds puts you at the 10th percentile, and 92 lbs is at the 5th percentile. Personally I wouldn't recommend you go below the 10th percentile.
