well there is a variety of items that u can give to ur new couple.u can give them a pair of watches,a surprise honeymoon package of 2-3 days (if ur budget allow u to do so),u can even prepare a song/poem for them (but while doing so keep that in mind that whatever u write it should be direct from ur heart & it should won't seem artificial).
u can also give them an album /collage of photos in which couple is there enjoying their courtship(if possible).other than all this u can always have choice to give them a home appliance or any ornament to the bride.u can also give them a F.D( of desired amount ) so that they can use money as they like in future(it also won't seem materialistic.

Get a basket, put tissue paper in it, get a nice jar of spaghetti sauce, a nice bag of pasta noodles. Have a bottle of wine personalized with their wedding date on it, and a cool board game. It's a perfect night at home for the newlyweds.

How about something related to a fun thing him and his fiancee like to do together, like if they love camping, maybe a double sleeping bag, or if they love cooking some great cooking utensils and speciality pans, seasonings that are unusual.

I saw this throw that had the bride and grooms name and wedding date stitched on it. It was really nice and it's something that they can keep and/or use for a very long time!

How about money, it is something people could always use. If you want to also give a gift how about a nice picture frame to go with the money.

C U S I O N ? ? ? ? ? ? Is it a cushion? But then, cushions don't get married. Could it be your cousin? What does he like to have? How much do you like to spend? What is in your mind? Jewellery, Saree, Watch, Artefacts...take your pick. I don't want to make fun of you, but designer cushions make nice wedding gifts and great fashion statements too.

I think you should get them a really nice gift off their Wedding Registry and just write a really nice and personal letter to your cousin....that is special enough.
