Wow John, what a coincidence. I live in the south (Louisiana) but I've spent the last week talking to an artist in New York about covering up a tattoo of mine. We finalized the deal last night so I have nine hours of time scheduled with him in March. His name is Bret Zarro and his shop is located in Oneonta, New York. I live all the way in florida but this could be useful: Just check the phone book, under the yellow pages under tattoo . alot of the times tattoo shops have big avertisments of their shop and it'll tell you if they specialize in cover ups. Choose tattoos wisely you have already learned they last forever
