all the kids at school are starting to call me fat even though its not that bad and i want to get rid of it fast! i exercise every night but it still doesnt help! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you're going through that. It happened to me all throughout my school years. First of all you can't let what they say about you effect you. If YOU aren't happy with your body than it isn't hard to lose weight. The only hard part is having the willpower to not eat all the junk food, fast food, etc. In order to lose weight you have to eat right and exercise. Have low fat snacks around to eat. Don't eat foods high in fat and calories, and just keep exercising and you will lose it. You can't rush it. You can lose 2 lbs. a week on a healthy diet. Good luck!

The best way to get rid of fat and keep it off is to EAT LESS CALORIES THAN BURNED. For example: If you excercise and you burned, say 500 calories, then you'd want to eat less calories, like 200. (These aren't exact amounts) You want to eat healthy foods, not junk food. So, if you follow this and burn more than you eat, then you will be in great condition. Results won't take effect immediately. Just keep excercising and it will all come together. Hope this helps!!

Keep going! If you give up now you'll never see any results. The weight loss commercials and media always pressure us to lose weight tomorrow but it really takes a few months. Stick to it- it will be worth it.

your metabolism is probably getting slow and you might want to cut junkfood out of your diet hope it helps <3chloe
