i ment IT IS GROWING WHERE THE REST OF MY HAIR IS, WHEN I FEEL MY SCALP II CAN FEEL IT!!!

It might be because your maturing. Some people become hairier as they go through puberty.

if you have ANY ethnic blood...you may have what is called new growth...it is hair that grows along the bottom of the hair shaft close to the scalp. When is long enough it will grow up and out. If your hair is wavy or naturally curly you tend to have more new growth creating an "afro" affect UNLESS the hair is relaxed or blown straight, hot combed straight and braided up. If this is not the case for you then you need to go and seek medical advice.

Your body grows hair Everywhere Except the palms of your hands and the soles of you feet. Other than that, you're normal.

where is your "new line" of hair? is it with the rest of your hair or on your face? if it's on your face just wax it.
