yes the odd cup isn't bad for you at all but it's probably best not to drink more than 5 a day because it's not too good for you if you have a lot! :]

Depends on the diet I guess. Caffeine should be good for dieting I thin because it raises your metabolism. If you really want to lose weight then you should drink black tea without sugar - it is those that make you gain weight.

Try drinking a tea that goes well without milk. Earl Grey is good, and put a slice of lemon in it - that tastes good. If you find that earl grey has a little too much of a Bergamot twang then try lady Grey - lighter citrus flavour.

Alternatively there a load of herbal teas on the market you can drink without milk. Nettle teas are good for detoxing. I'm not sure if you're American but in England we have loads of teas in the supermarket. Think you can get teas to aid dieting from health shops too!

Hope that helps

I did while I was on my diet. Sounds good right now. Bloody cold where I am. I think I will make a cuppa.

Of course. Just limit additives like sugar or milk, although there are plenty of low-cal, low-fat substitutes.

Oh sure. Probably best to not use sugar or cream though.
I like mine plain anyway.
