why does it feel like my blood is boiling?

anyone else heard of this 3-4 times a day i feel like my blood is boiling i don't have to be doing anything and it feels like it starts at my feet and goes all the way up it just feels weird like a tingling feeling have asked a dr but he doesn't understand what i mean

i had a hysterectomy in 2001 which threw me into early menopause but i don't have any other symptoms of menopause--i've had a headache that has lasted for four months now and this started round about the same time

sounds like a hot flush are you menopausal
