I need a flat tummy and or if possible a six pack. I have a big belly thay ask me if a'm pregnant, I had the baby 9 months a go, alon with on baby 6 years a go and another 2 1/2 years a go and this last one 9 months a go. What should I do to losse all that "non pregnancy stomach"? I will sign up for gym next monday. What routine shoul I take for belly and a little of other body parts, like shape of breast with 3 kids they had it hard. I will get advise at the gym but a second opinion will come in handy.
