Hei... i have a friend who just broke up with her BF. You know what... it is really really safer to know her first before asking her to go out with you.
In my family we were adviced to know her/he from her/his friends.....
to know how she is relating with others...
to know how she handle problem and pressure
to know how she respect her parents (you can ask her siblings).. we believe that if she cant respect her own parents who raised her and fed and educate her... how would she respect you (who she met just now when she is an adult) later as the head of the family
how she respect her boss
how she is with children
how she is with God
It is really safer to know her now than asking her to go out with you... because...
you know...
trauma, memory ( can you erase a memory of your ex GF??)
Do you want to keep a lot of memory of your ex GF while you are with your wife???
See... do you undertand what i mean??
It is better to decide whether you want to have realtionship with or not after knowing her........
than to make her your GF, make a lot of memory with her....
than dump her....
and marry the other girl....
while you cant erase a good memory with your exs!!
My point is....
I want a peaceful life...
sometimes, a memory can help...
but, if it is destroying and disturbing your realtionship with your future wife...... careful!!!
You are the boss of your own life...
so, be wise...
think before you leap!!
your decision now can determind your future..
sometime it is better to be a quick decision maker person...
but you know...
sometimes, it is also better if you just sit and think and see and observe and be patient before make a decision that can either ruin or helping your life

he is a responsible husband, trustworthy person, and a good and loving father to his children....

getting to know each other while dating. if you know the person to well its just weird and will turn out with an unhappy ending. and if it didnt work out, you might lose her as a friend as well as a girlfriend. but if you dont know her, it makes it much more interesting, fun, and less akward. hope i helped! =o)
