The way that I lose weight is just ten pounds at a time. I know that's a much more achieveable and less discouraging goal. After I lose the first ten, I focus on my next ten. It doesn't seem as grueling. I have lost 87 pounds since my divorce. It worked for me...

With the first answer you got, NEVER TAKE A DIET PILL! EVER! Even if you only take a few, 15 years later you will see the horrible things it would have done to your body! They can be addicting, and they don't need to be certified by the FDA, so they might just have horrible chemicals and deadly things in those pills, don't take that chance!
So now, congragulations! Try standing in front of a mirror, looking at yourself and thinking, "Wow, I look so much fitter and healthier than I was before!"
Look at some pictures of when you were heavier. Now think how much healthier you would be if you lose another 68 more pounds! Imagine yourself in a swim suit you would have never been able to wear before. Better yet, go to the store, buy a nice swimsuit, and every day when you wake up, look at it and think, "68 more pounds till I can show off in that!"

I have the same problem.. I was so motivated in the beginning and my weight was flying off. I started at 290 lbs. After I lost 100 lbs. I had a tummy tuck and thought that would be the answer to really get myself to my goal. It just made me more comfortable in my body and I ended up gaining 15 lbs. I just started back again and I am determined to do it. Don't become too comfy because the weight comes back on so fast! I hate that I gained back any weight after working so hard to lose it. If you get comfortable it will only be a matter of time before the pounds start creeping back on. I really wish you the best of luck. It's such a struggle everyday, but we can do it!

Well I would think that looking in the mirror at the 93 pound already lost & how great you look, that you would know how even better you'll look after it's all gone.
Maybe buy yourself a new dress that won't fit till you loose all your weight or my husband has motivated me by promising me that when I'm to the weight I want to be at, we will go on a crusie

Wow that's a lot of weight! Good for you! Your motivation should be how much you've already lost. Think 'hey i've lost 93 pounds already, 68 is nothing!'. Think about how great you'll look and feel after it's all gone. Good luck.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. They have a meal plan too to go with it. I feel great..... go to the website and check it all out for yourslelf. People have before and after pics up there too. If you're interested in it, sign up with them (it's free). Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'm on that site too. email me if you have any problems or anything. Good Luck!

do you have a friend or a relative to help keep you on track. I always do better when I go walking with a friend. I get so involved in talking that I forget I just walked 5 miles. It turns into fun and not work. I wish I could find someone here for that since I just moved so I can understand how it can be difficult. I try to do different things like make sure my schedule is full. Anything with walking...I live in Southern California so there are alot of attactions to keep me busy. I'll pay to go to Knott's and just walk around. Being around Happy People is a huge help for me. Home shows, conventions, auto races..There is always something on my schedule to keep me busy. Buy tickets in advance so you won't waste the tickets. Anything that puts you are happy people and positive people helps.

Your kids should be enough motivation right there. If quitting is NOT an option for you then that should be posted everywhere in your home, your car and even at work along with a pic of how you used to look. If you have friends and family members to support you, maybe they can join you by being a partner in losing the rest of your weight with you to meet your goal. Good luck!
