Sounds like degenerative joint disease, you can get information at web md, the popping is caused by the joints rubbing together, the cause of this is due to the cartilage wearing out. When it gets worse, usually there is pain also associated with this, this is the main reason people, have hip replacements, and knee replacements. Hope this helps. If this is the problems the osteo flex and bio-flex, that you can get at wal-mart helps, but consult your doctor, first. Hope this helps!

Do you mean crack or pop? Im in my early twenties and sometimes when I stand up I feel air in my knees, I can crack everywhere except my neck and I dont have a problem with it. If you visit your doc, they will tell you if it is an underlying problem or something that you should be concerned with.

Good Luck!
